When and Where
Payments for job actions are dispatched on Fridays by the Warden to your in game inmate mailbox in the form of coins. Coins can be spent on resources, dinos, decor, or rarer weapons and skins at public and player markets.

Because we love you.

How and Quality Assurance
Patrons of your service must go to the job-services text channel of Discord to post who, what, and how much. Examples:
I bought a drink at the Swinging Spino from Bob.
Jill flew me and two of my ankys from Station 1 to Station 4.
If your patron does not/can not/refuses to post, you may post on their behalf. "I served Bob a drink but he was too drunk to pay."

If you received a service, you are welcome to tip the worker if they did a good job. If you received a poor job (your drink was poisoned or your dinos were killed in transport) file a complaint with the jobs-services text chanel and a more detailed complaint privately with the Warden.

Rates Per Service
For every time you provide a service and it is logged, you receive a payment. In example, every passed Station as a Sky Rider (transporter) is worth 10 coins. So flying 10 people in a week from Station 1 to Station 4 is worth 400 coins.

Wardens
Administrator
Responsible for this page you are viewing in your implant. Assigns jobs to inmates (players) to oversee construction, deconstruction of old structures, bounty hunts for the deranged (griefers, spammers, hate speakers), and general management.

Torn from their home world of guaranteed immortality and luxury, Wardens are the bitter law enforcers who clawed their way up the penitentiary promotion ladder only to be sent to Ark. Some chose this job, escaping their 200 years of marriage, while others had no choice. (Gee honey, I'm on another planet you're not allowed to come to.) Your Warden's job is to provide proper inmate enrichment for research study on potential rehabilitation of mind-wiped federal criminals. It doesn't mean they have to like it.

Storyline
Immortality. Apex technology. Limitless freedom of the stars. What do you do when every citizen's right is immortality, but some still choose to be criminals? Universal law dictates even the worst cannot be confined or prevented from the pursuit of happiness, nor face permanent death. Upcoming President Lorish, just beginning his 100 year term, has decided to create a reform program: Send all receiving sentences of highest punishment to an Ark.

Maybe you were framed, or did wrong things for the right reasons. Fraud to pay for your mother's house, destruction against your sister's partner. Whatever it was, you met the same fate as everyone else on this planet: You tasted the brutal sting of a consciousness shattering mind wipe, were stripped of all of your property, and removed from the ambient life system (god like immortality) to the reincarnation system (immortality, via dying over and over painfully into the next clone.)

The resilient fake ignorance, but remember perfectly well who they were and why they are here. Others, as the tonic was designed to do, remember bits and pieces of their previous lives on Gaia over time. Without memory of complex technology your fellow inmates have, cautiously unaware, resorted to primitive forms of survival.

You're all an Exile placed into an environment intended to make you suffer. No one would have ever expected you'd adapt, grow, change, and even help one another by no longer fully remembering the reasons for your misdeeds. By the time you are released, you should remember everything, and be ready to return to the stars anew.

For now, advanced technology is being kept from you until you are ready. Some of you remember enough to get it smuggled directly from home or create it anyway. Make due, build tribes, and survive.
Build Masters
Skilled building designers. Operate under the "Earth Masons."
Responsible for hand constructing flight stations, bridges, public hatcheries, ships, poverty (beach spawn) temporary housing, taverns, stables, marketplaces, traps, and anything you can think of. Works under the Foreman (if one exists) or directly under the Warden.

Build Masters are tactful, creative, and sturdy. The environment of this ark is harsh and unforgiving, yet Build Masters stand to conquer each and every dangerous scenario one by one, moulding the earth into something functional, to serve them- or even something beautiful. Never has such a thick skinned lone wolf cared so much for other people, as the isolated works knit together to form a service to the community as a whole.

Sky Riders
Trained airborne riders. Operate under the "Lion Claws" [Griffin riders] and "Cloud Backs" [Quetzal Crew]
Fearless folk whose duties include public station-station transportation, private cross land transportation of goods, dinos, and people; and baiting alpha carnivores out of public areas or in answer to distress calls. Sky Riders must maintain an aviary to breed for the best type of training their specific job calls for, which includes risking their lives to tame only the strongest birds, hunting the markets, and hiring studs. They must also provide fertilized eggs for new sky riders to pass their initiation.

All Sky Riders begin the same way: Their superior (A flight captain if one exists, otherwise Warden) gives them a fertilized griffin or quetzal egg. At this time, the trainee's only job is to keep the egg alive (aviary hatchery) and bond with the hatchling (to at least 70% imprinting.) If the hatchling survives to adulthood, the first flight with the rider and animal marks the celebration of a new Sky Rider. Sky Riders must always have a living mount trained for their job, or become immediately terminated. (Help each other and work as a team.)
Sentries
Discord/World moderation. Operate under the "Eagle Eyes".
These intuitive people catch wrong doers before they get TOO out of hand.

No one cared who you were until you put on the monkey. These are the eyes and ears of the Warden, and may need a bit more effort to gain trust in the open world when inmates think they are being watched when Eagle Eyes are around. Sentries have goals and feelings just like everyone else!
