Download the Mod Pack
The mods are in the correct order.
Just click subscribe to all!

Open the Steam Library
Open your steam browser.
Hover over 'Library' from the top heading.
A menu will open, click on Downloads (at the bottom.)

Ark should be installing updates. These
are the mods. Wait for them to finish
completely.
Steam -> Library -> Downloads

Join the Server
After you click join, minimize your web browser and wait. Ark will launch. Don't do anything, don't touch anything while it is launching. When it is open, a notification will pop up that says "Attempting to join a game from invite or direct join." Occasionally 'accept' wont let you click it. If this happens, force close ark and try again. It works the second time.
YOUR GAME WILL FREEZE.
THIS IS NORMAL. Absolutely do not tab out! The screen will be static and frozen, no sound, but it is initializing mods. If you walk away for a while, check social media, it will load into character creation. The first time takes the longest. In rare cases you may get a time out error. (If you see 'loading mods' in the right corner, it's initializing them one at a time and may time out. Starting again will start it farther in the list.) Check your connection and try again. Second time is always the charm!
If you still have errors, DOUBLE CHECK you have every mod downloaded and it hasn't freak updated while you were loading in.

Future Joining
Phew, the hard part is over! Now, you may
join more easily through Ark by sorting the
servers to "My Survivors." Or, add this server
to your favorites.
